Kustom Kiddies has a new name....introducing Shannon Curry Photography!

My business has been expanding to many things other than just "kiddies" so I thought it was time to branch out...and make things a lot less confusing for everyone involved! (Mainly me! haha)

And to go with the new name, there's now a new website!

In addition, the proofing and ordering process has now gotten easier. You will view your private album of proofs and can then order and pay for your prints directly from the website!

How easy is that?!?

But please remember...your images will only be available for viewing for 10 DAYS! With the new website, I have to pay for my available space which means your proofs can only be up for those 10 days to make room for other shoots. So please get your orders to me before they are GONE! (not really, I never delete files, but you won't be able to see them!)

My First (and Only!) Wedding Shoot

My mom's best friend's daughter was married this summer and guess who was asked to be the wedding photographer?!? Me?? I don't do weddings!! I take pictures of babies & little ones & familes...and try to do as little posing as possible....I don't know the first thing about weddings!!

But I survived....I got some really sweet shots....and really did enjoy my first wedding shoot....My FIRST and LAST!! I'm gonna stick to the kids....definitely less stressful!

A few of my shots are up!! Gretchen, the owner/designer, says that they offer catalogs in print and they are ready for the public!....I can't wait to see which shots of "little model Ava" get picked! She also talked to me about choosing some shots of Ava to be printed to poster-size for a design studio, I believe! How exciting! I also read that lots of celebrities purchase these clothes for their little ones and the clothing line has even been featured in OK! magazine....so maybe next time we see Suri Cruise or Shiloh Pitt they'll be wearing one of these outfits that I photographed!

Trying to Catch Up....and a Cutie!!

My life is one big catch up game.... it seems like I can just never get ahead!! Though I'm sure most of you reading this know exactly what I mean, it's something that just drives me nutty. I guess it's the "control-freak" side of me....I want to be caught up. Like yesterday! But after a much-needed move and also helping Taylor get adjusted and involved in a new playgroup, I finally feel like I'm ready to dive back into work...not that I had much of a break! The last month of pretty much non-stop thunderstorms have helped me gain my sanity back to some degree...

But hey, being busy is great!! Right?!?!

Family Fun at the Beach....

What a beautiful family....and a nice day at the beach for a change!! I have had to cancel so many beach shoots lately, and the times I haven't, we have had to battle hurricane-like winds! Love this location!! I use a nice and secluded little spot way out in the middle of nowhere...

I love my real starfish prop too....but it sure is stinky!! Thankfully this sweet little girl didn't mind!
